Privacy Policy

Lambie & Co. Digital LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Last Chapter Vault application (the “Service”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, email, phone (optional), encrypted password.
• Content you upload: documents, photos, videos, asset/beneficiary data. All encrypted with AES-256 at rest.
• Operational data: crash logs, diagnostics, login history. Used only to keep the service reliable and secure.

How we use your information

Only to provide, secure, and improve the Service. We never sell your data, show you ads, or share your content with third parties for marketing.

Your rights

• Access: request a copy of your data by emailing support@lastwill.biz.
• Correction: edit your data anytime from within the app.
• Deletion: permanently delete your account and all data at any time. See Delete Account.
• Portability: export your data as a ZIP of PDFs from Settings → Export.

Security

Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Two-factor authentication is required for every login.

Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
