By using Last Chapter Vault (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service for lawful personal purposes only. You’re responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you upload. You must be 18+ to create an account.

2. Account security

You’re responsible for keeping your password and 2FA device secure. We cannot recover your vault if you lose access — that’s by design, for your privacy.

3. Not legal advice

Last Chapter Vault is a storage and organization tool. It is not a substitute for legal, financial, or tax advice. Consult licensed professionals for estate planning decisions.

4. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep it reliable and secure, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted operation. We’re not liable for loss of data caused by user error, unauthorized access, or force majeure.

5. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
