Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Last Chapter Vault account and all associated data at any time. Account deletion is irreversible.
Option 1 — Delete inside the app
- Open the Last Chapter Vault app and sign in.
- Tap your profile / menu icon in the Dashboard.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm by tapping Delete Everything, then Yes, Delete Forever.
- Your account and all data are permanently removed immediately.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can’t access the app, email support@lastwill.biz from the address on your account with subject line “Account Deletion Request.” We’ll delete your account and all associated data within 7 business days and send confirmation.

- Your profile and login credentials
- All stored documents, photos, and videos
- Asset and beneficiary records
- Executor tasks, notes, and accounting entries
- Access logs and activity history
Nothing is retained — this action cannot be undone.
